Our Story
Leona’s Baking Co. started as an opportunity in 2021. Lindsey Stark and her mother, Christina Fitzgibbon, opened shop as a cottage bakery, staying local to the area with Farmer’s Markets and other events. After two years of baking in a residential oven, it was time to take the leap to a storefront.
Opening here in Putnam is a long sought dream come true. We are truly excited to bring you our favorite recipes, after endless testing and tasting. Baking for you is the greatest privilege we could ever ask for.
Our ingredients
Leona’s Baking Co. roots are with local Farmer’s Markets. Whenever possible, we strive to use ingredients grown from local farmers and sellers. Food made from local sources just tastes better!
